Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and devices, ensuring optimal stock levels through routine audits and timely replenishment.
• Direct the processes of receiving and shipping all medical items, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and timely distribution.
• Ensure compliance of all medical supplies, equipment, and devices with necessary quality standards through regular inspections and testing.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions including receiving, shipping, and restocking activities.
• Monitor expiration dates and lot numbers to avoid misuse or wastage of medical products.
• Organize the maintenance and servicing of medical equipment while coordinating with external service providers as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments and with healthcare personnel to enhance logistics processes.
• Collaborate with requestors, cataloging, purchasing, and supply chain management teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Manage the movement of personnel and equipment to optimize logistics efficiency.
