Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and devices, maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Manage the receipt and shipment of all medical materials, ensuring compliance with proper labeling and packaging protocols.
- Perform routine inspections and testing to guarantee that all medical products meet established quality standards.
- Maintain thorough records of inventory transactions and monitor expiration dates and lot numbers for medical items.
- Ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of all medical equipment.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines for medical products and equipment.
- Facilitate effective communication with various departments and medical personnel to streamline operations.
- Collaborate closely with requestors, cataloging, purchasing, and supply chain management teams to coordinate logistics efficiently.
- Manage the movement of personnel and equipment as required.
- Proficient multitasking abilities with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and skilled in database management and spreadsheets.
- Solid grasp of logistics principles and supply chain management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional data entry proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- U.S. Citizenship or valid permanent resident card.
- Current MRPT Clearance is preferred.
