Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals to design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping children reach their developmental goals.
• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, gather data, and monitor progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Equip parents and caregivers with practical strategies to foster their child’s progress at home.
• Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to establish a nurturing atmosphere.
  
  

Required Skills

• Robust understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering behavior intervention services to children with ASD.
