Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals to design individualized treatment plans.

- Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, gather data, and monitor progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Equip parents and caregivers with practical strategies to foster their child’s progress at home.
- Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to establish a nurturing atmosphere.
- Robust understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
