Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Lead the formulation and execution of procurement strategies that are aligned with the overarching project objectives and corporate goals.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection, engage in contract negotiations, and cultivate supplier relationships while ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities are in sync with project requirements and deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Identify and execute innovative solutions to streamline procurement processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and address supply chain risks proactively to maintain project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze procurement data to discern trends, assess performance, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in construction and procurement.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within the construction or technology sectors.
• Profound knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Engineering, etc.)
• Procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP)
