Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and enhancement of our modeling and analysis portfolio in collaboration with national lab experts and DOE Program Offices.
• Implement and refine modeling methodologies focused on various clean energy supply chains, including batteries, critical materials, and rare earth elements.
• Utilize your technical skills in analytical modeling and energy technologies to inform strategic priorities and facilitate development efforts.
• Critically assess and enhance existing analytical approaches, identifying synergies and adapting models for improved accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the DOE to ensure successful project delivery and consensus-building.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain analysis, modeling, and optimization.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, inventory management, transportation, and network optimization.
• Experience with supply chain simulation and optimization tools, such as AnyLogistix, Llamasoft, or AIMMS.
• Advanced skills in software applications, including Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R.
• Strong data analysis capabilities using tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R for modeling and visualization tasks.
• Expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques, with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications

• US Citizenship (required for client-issued Public Trust).
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is considered a plus.
