Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of drayage, ensuring effective container movements and adherence to regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, nurturing strong relationships and guaranteeing long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint growth opportunities and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of drayage shipments.
• Analyze dispatch operations to enhance route optimization and resource allocation.
• Strengthen relationships with drivers, carriers, and port officials.
