Key Responsibilities
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are prioritized within the product team.
- Define and communicate the product vision, crafting compelling strategies for stakeholders.
- Lead Agile teams by facilitating ceremonies, drafting user stories, and coordinating project activities.
- Conduct workshops aimed at problem-solving, ideation, and managing trade-offs.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather and meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Act as the principal point of contact between the delivery team and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product roadmap, aligning key milestones with the development team and stakeholders.
- Set delivery goals and oversee the planning, clarification, and release processes.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with the client’s internal project manager.
- Partner with Business Analysts and coordinate with Account Managers and Project Managers.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing delivery activities for custom enterprise software products in an Agile setting.
- Proven track record of accountability for an enterprise software product, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics.
- Experience in leading enterprise software development teams and engaging cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Demonstrable success in shipping features or products aimed at consumers.
- Proficient in software delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
- Competent in facilitating design workshops, managing stakeholders, and building consensus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a consistent history of aligning stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (government, transportation, energy, healthcare) is essential.
- Prior experience in the Utility/Energy sector is a prerequisite.
- Experience leading web and/or mobile initiatives is preferred.
- Knowledge of integrating AI into products is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, with substantial experience in the Utility/Energy industry (minimum of 3-5 years).
