Required Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline.
• A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• At least 15 years of demonstrated experience in managing public works projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Pipe Networks.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomatic, and motivational abilities.
