Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather requirements and comprehend supply chain processes and objectives.
- Translate client processes and requirements into tailored Dynamics 365 F&O SCM solutions, including system integrations and recommended approaches.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within client operations that can be enhanced by D365 F&O SCM.
- Develop and document specifications for customizations as necessary.
- Lead the implementations, training sessions, and rollouts of D365 F&O SCM solutions across various functional areas such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and more.
- Conduct system testing, assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee data migration.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for all client interactions to ensure clear communication.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships by delivering outstanding service and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and fellow consultants to ensure unified solution delivery.
- Actively engage in project planning, review, status, and retrospective meetings.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge through self-directed learning, professional literature, networking, and certifications.
- Promote teamwork and inclusivity in all endeavors.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O SCM.
- Profound understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Extensive experience in implementing and/or utilizing D365 F&O within SCM modules.
- Proven track record of successful D365 F&O SCM implementations and functional consulting.
- Proficiency in data migration, integration, and data management within D365 F&O.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of Azure services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
