- Partner with supply chain, operations, and R&D leaders to support strategic growth and identify potential cost-saving measures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members for enhanced performance and career growth.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in procurement (both direct and indirect) and 3 years in a leadership role.
- A bachelor's degree in purchasing, engineering, chemistry, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
