Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through interviews (via phone or on-site) to assess their unique business challenges and opportunities.
- Offer expert recommendations for enhancements, providing best practices and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive functional design documents that convert client requirements into actionable strategies.
- Support clients during system implementations, proactively managing any issues, opportunities, or risks that arise.
- Conduct extensive training for clients post-implementation to ensure adept utilization of their new systems.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring completion within scope and budget.
- Communicate project updates to both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Facilitate project meetings, promoting collaboration and alignment among teams.
- Provide ongoing assistance to clients after system implementation, addressing any concerns and ensuring their continued success.
- Empower client teams by transferring your knowledge, enabling them to operate the adjusted software proficiently.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and meetings, demonstrating your expertise to help secure new business opportunities.
- Contribute to industry and marketing initiatives, sharing valuable insights to broaden our reach.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, or 6 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Blue Yonder WMS and Supply Chain Implementation consulting.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Blue Yonder WMS concepts and configuration.
- Familiarity with other WMS software (such as Manhattan, HighJump, RedPrairie, JDA, Korber Warehouse Advantage) is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to remain informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capacity to perform under pressure with minimal guidance, meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (by air and/or car, including overnight trips).
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, or relevant experience. Equivalent experience may substitute for a degree requirement.

- Attractive salary range: \(65,000 - \)145,000, commensurate with skills, experience, and location.
