- Perform thorough investigations into cyber threats and the tactics employed by adversaries.
- Analyze threat data to detect emerging trends and potential risks.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including engineering and security, to disseminate threat intelligence and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Actively contribute to the open-source threat intelligence community.
- Remain informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices.
- Create and present informative briefings for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in a Threat Intelligence Analyst or Lead role.
- In-depth understanding of the open-source threat landscape and related cyber threat actors.
- Proficiency with OSINT tools and techniques, such as Buscador, Trace Labs OSINT VM, OSINT Framework, Maltego, and Shodan.
- Strong ability to analyze intricate data, recognize patterns, and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A fervent interest in cybersecurity and a dedication to ongoing professional development.
- Proven track record in threat intelligence roles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., GOSI, SANS SEC487 & SEC587, IntelTechniques OSIP) would be advantageous.
- Experience within a technology company or a government/military intelligence setting is preferred.
