Key Responsibilities
- Deliver critical mental health services including intakes, therapy, and counseling, utilizing a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform.
- Explore the psychological and psychosocial dimensions of individual relationships, fostering a comprehensive understanding of clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to design, coordinate, and execute personalized care plans.
- Maintain meticulous and current progress notes and discharge summaries.
- Create and nurture a supportive and secure therapeutic environment for each client.
- Facilitate engaging therapeutic groups that cater to specific treatment requirements and reinforce individual care plans.

- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licenses.
- A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- 1-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

- An updated CAQH profile is advantageous.
