Key Responsibilities
- Deliver teletherapy sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the psychological and psychosocial dimensions of individual clients, aiding them in overcoming personal challenges.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to create, coordinate, and implement tailored care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, to track client progress.
- Cultivate a compassionate and therapeutic environment that promotes client engagement and healing.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions addressing specific mental health issues, aligning with individualized treatment goals.

- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

- 1-3 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.

- Proficiency with technology and online platforms for therapy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- An up-to-date CAQH profile is highly desirable.
- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
