Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments utilizing approved tools and collaboration with community partners to evaluate mental health and other critical needs.
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the unique requirements of each infant and family, establishing specific goals for progress.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate family and infant development, while offering guidance throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care through active participation in case staffing.
- Manage caseloads effectively using established systems to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide infant, family, and group counseling sessions, adhering to professional standards and utilizing supported treatment modalities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting according to agency and state guidelines, including weekly service reports.
- Deliver crisis intervention as necessary to safeguard the well-being of infants and families.
- Follow best practices and engage in weekly supervision to enhance professional development.
- Offer services primarily within the home setting, with telehealth options as appropriate.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Licensure (LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, LLP, or LP).
- Proficiency in providing individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations.
- A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance for home visits.
