We are seeking an accomplished leader to serve as the Vice President of Sales & Engineering in the industrial refrigeration sector. Key Responsibilities :

  • Craft and deliver persuasive sales and engineering proposals that align with customer objectives and optimize value.
  • Engage directly with clients to analyze their requirements, offering customized solutions while building long-lasting, trust-based relationships.
  • Spearhead the engineering design of intricate ammonia-based refrigeration systems tailored for manufacturing and industrial settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers to synchronize strategies and guarantee seamless project implementation.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with key manufacturers and vendors to secure advantageous product quotes and enhance our service offerings.
  • Provide essential technical guidance to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations while accurately interpreting customer specifications.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and interns, contributing to a strong pipeline of future talent within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for value-added services beyond initial customer requests, such as parts supply or maintenance offerings.
  • Travel strategically across the U.S. to support client interactions and ensure project success.

Required Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
  • Proven track record in sales, showcasing the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives while identifying new opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, adept at recognizing additional value opportunities beyond customer requests.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on fostering customer loyalty and managing expectations.

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration sales and engineering.
