- Leadership & Team Development : Mentor and guide the product management team, facilitating successful product development and timely launches of new innovations, including cloud-based playout, production, and master control solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure products are aligned with customer requirements and delivered on time and within budget.
- Market Research & Innovation : Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint avenues for innovation and expansion within the broadcast and media industries.
- Customer-Centric Product Development : Collaborate with customers, including TV networks, broadcasters, and production companies, to identify their challenges and develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
