Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ABA Mid-level Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating social skills groups for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities (in-person and via telehealth technology), conducting caregiver training sessions, and providing case management under the direct supervision of a BCBA. You will work closely with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement and oversee individualized treatment plans, track progress, and provide ongoing feedback to families.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate social skills groups for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a team of BCBAs.
- Implement evidence-based strategies to promote social skills development.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to families.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and behavior data.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and industry standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and comply with ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications:
Mid Level Supervisor: Bachelor’s Level
Qualifications:
(1) A bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, nursing, social work, applied behavior analysis,behavioral medicine, speech and language, rehabilitation, marriage and family therapy, or a comparable degree in a human services field;
and either:
(a) Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in
designing or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or
(b) Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification
intervention services

Mid Level Supervisor: Associate Behavior Analyst Level
Qualifications:
Recognized by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a
Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
--OR--
Mid Level Supervisor: Master Level
Qualifications:
Must have a master's degree in one of the following: education, psychology, counseling, nursing, social work, applied behavior analysis, behavioral medicine, speech and language, rehabilitation, marriage and family therapy, or a comparable degree in a human services field; and at least one year of experience in the design and implementation of adaptive skills training plans.
- Experience leading social skills groups preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use telehealth technology to facilitate social skills groups.
- Knowledge of evidence-based strategies to promote social skills development.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical and legal standards.

Expected hours: 12-15 hours per week primarily between the hours 3:30-6:30 pm M-F (occasional meetings with supervisor before 2 pm throughout the month)
