Job Title: Oil Change and Tire Technician
Pay: $18/hr. (eligible for up to $1/hr. increase after 90 days based on performance)
Hours: 2 weeks of 1st shift training then will transition to 3pm-11pm shift.

WHAT DOES A TECHNICIAN DO?
- Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles not limited to waxing, leather conditioning, vacuuming and carpet shampooing.
- Conduct basic lube services, such as oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, and tire rotations, adhering to manufacturer's specifications and established guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining services performed, and recommending additional maintenance or detailing options when necessary.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to car washing, detailing, and lube services.
- Assist with other automotive service tasks as needed or assigned.
Must Haves:
- Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive
- Oil Change and Tire Experience
- Self-directed with a high level of energy
- Interested in accuracy and doing what is right
- Be a team player, hardworking, and honest
- Be on time to work and reliable
- Basic computer and math skills, tech-savvy with a smartphone
- Must be comfortable with working outside in occasionally hot, cold, or dirty conditions
- Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other work-related items (up to 50 lbs.)
Nice to Haves:
- Customer service experience
- Fleet experience (rental cars, trucks, etc.)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.
