Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, employment labor laws, and effective communication skills to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Duties
- Developing recruitment strategies to source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best fit.
- Coordinating the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR sourcing, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Prior Recruiting knowledge preferred
- Prior Recruiting knowledge preferred
- Able to work onsite
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential
- Bilingual English/Spanish
