Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Analyze data collected from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Fabricate samples as needed for testing and validation purposes.
- Perform regular quality audits to assess compliance with established quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and any non-conformance reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems to enhance product reliability.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, including QA/QC processes, data collection techniques, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
