Friday - Sunday (weekends to start, must be willing to be on call as needed)

Our expanding premier kayak tour company in Central Florida is looking for outdoor enthusiasts to assist our tour guides and guests as a Dock Hand. If you love working outdoors, meeting new people, and contributing to eco-tourism, this is a great opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading kayaks.
• Help guides and guests down to the launch and back up from the launch.
• Assist with transportation of equipment as needed.
• Help guides locate and check in guests as needed.
• Ensure a smooth and safe experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and dock area.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to a tow-capable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Phone access required for on-call scheduling.
