Get Up and Go Kayaking is a premier kayak and eco-tourism company in Florida with many locations throughout Southern and Central Florida. We are looking for a few guides to add to our team who might be interested in cross training as a Customer Service Admin. Specifically, we are looking for eco-loving individuals that are interested in becoming Tour Guides. Our fun and close-knit crew operates in 100% clear kayaks— the only one of this kind in the area!
Hiring Now for busy season starting at the end of February.
Base Pay:$50-$200/day, $50-55 per tour with multiple tours per day.

Qualifications:
- Available 3 days per week, may include weekends
- Have a reliable vehicle to get to work
- Able to lift 50-70 pounds
- Passion for being outdoors and willingness to learn
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Athletic, Hardworking, Adaptable
- Trustworthy, Honest, Patient
- First Aid/CPR Certified Preferred
- Bachelors Degree a plus
- Masters Degree a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- Teachers welcome to apply
- Experience in serving/bartending a plus
Responsibilities:
- Give guided eco tours
- Provide relevant information about the tour/area to guests
- Ensure safety for all guests and help assist in paddling technique
- Take pictures for guests and marketing team
- Clean and maintain equipment daily
- Provide high quality and professional customer service
