We are looking for a doctor who is excited to join a team and improve patients’ lives in beautiful Gilbert, AZ. This is a well-established and busy practice in the community. We attract patients who are a delight to work with and like family! You will have a solid patient base and be fully supported as a valued part of our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about giving great care and walking with patients on their journey through life. Fun, lighthearted, and a skilled adjuster are a MUST!

Are you the doctor we are looking for?

• You have a valid Arizona Chiropractic License in good standing with the State Board.
• You are upbeat and have a positive attitude and KNOW that anyone can get better with a bit of work.
• You enjoy working in a fun environment and bring positive energy to work every day!
• You must like people and have a loving and caring attitude towards patients.
• You enjoy working in a team and enjoy open, honest and clear communication with patients and team members.
• You are excited to grow, watch statistics improve and be a cheerleader for the practice and our patients.
• Strong diagnosis and adjusting skills are a MUST.
• You must be comfortable with and enjoy extremity adjusting.
• You must be comfortable/interested in working with babies, children and pregnant women. We will provide additional training as well.
• You are willing to learn and apply simple protocols that set each patient up for success.
• You understand that effective patient education is a key part of getting patients better, so they understand how what we do improves their lives, their future and the future of those around them.
• You are coachable and want to improve and grow as a practitioner, so you can be the best version of yourself.
• You take on tasks you are given with enthusiasm and expectation of accomplishment.
• You have confidence in your ability to use speed (not force) to get joints moving.
• You are inspired to share about how chiropractic impacts life, not just symptoms.
• You are looking for a position that feels so good and you are so happy with that you want to stay long term.
• 2 years of practice experience preferred.

About the job:

• 30-35 hours per week with a competitive salary based on experience $70,000-$85,000/year plus bonuses, paid holidays and 2 weeks paid time off/year.
• Daily patient care including adjusting, diagnosing, examining, documenting and educating
• Create and manage treatment plans so patients get to their goals and live their best life.
