United Heritage Group is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to
providing high-quality home health and hospice services. We are seeking
a Marketing Assistant to support our content and social media efforts by
gathering photos, coordinating with staff, and assisting in executing
marketing campaigns.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with our freelance marketer to
ensure our brand messaging is consistent and engaging. This role
involves gathering content (photos, videos, testimonials) from staff,
assisting with social media scheduling, and ensuring that marketing
initiatives run smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collect and organize photos and videos from staff for social media,
website updates, and marketing materials.
* Coordinate with field teams to capture real-time moments and success
stories.
* Assist in writing and editing captions, blogs, and marketing copy.
* Maintain an organized digital library of content.
* Support the freelance marketer in planning and executing content
calendars.
* Assist in posting and scheduling content across social media
platforms.
* Monitor engagement metrics and compile reports on content
performance.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Basic experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, etc.).
* Ability to take initiative in gathering and organizing content.
* Some experience in writing, editing, or digital marketing is a plus.
* Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, and social media scheduling
tools is a plus.
* Passion for healthcare marketing and storytelling.
