We are seeking an enthusiastic Adventure Engagement Specialist to join our team and help clients plan and book their dream adventures. As a key point of contact for travel arrangements, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create tailored travel experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary advisor for clients, understanding their preferences and travel goals.
• Research and curate personalized travel options, including accommodations, transportation, tours, and excursions.
• Coordinate and manage bookings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor travel schedules and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Handle any changes, cancellations, or challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination insights, and supplier offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
• Ensure all client communications reflect a high standard of service and professionalism.
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in internet navigation and general technology usage.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
• Ability to attend webinar trainings as required.
