Job Overview :

We are looking for a detailoriented and creative Event & Celebration Consultant to assist clients in planning and organizing special events including milestone celebrations group getaways and destination gatherings. This role involves coordinating logistics providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless planning experience. The ideal candidate is proactive highly organized and techsavvy with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to design customized event experiences that align with their vision and budget.
• Research and secure venues accommodations transportation and entertainment options.
• Assist with booking travel arrangements group accommodations and itinerary planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors hotels and service providers.
• Provide clients with expert guidance on destinations event themes and travel logistics.
• Manage booking modifications special requests and lastminute changes efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends emerging destinations and event planning best practices.
• Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
