Job Overview :

We are looking for a Premium Destination Sales Consultant to assist clients in planning high-quality travel experiences. This role focuses on providing expert guidance, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring a seamless booking process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing technology-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients in researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiences.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and special requests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners to ensure a smooth booking process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination offerings, and promotional deals.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to coordinate bookings.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Access to a computer or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in internet research and online booking platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client service.
  • Ability to attend virtual training sessions.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is a plus but not required.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Passion for travel and helping clients create unforgettable experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with travel industry tools and booking platforms is a plus.

  • Fluency in English, Multilingualism is a plus
  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
