Position: Senior OneStream Consultant
Location: Jersey City, NJ (5-day On-Site)
Job Type: 6 Months Contract
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a OneStream Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with OneStream implementation and optimization, with a focus on financial consolidation and reporting.
- Familiarity with financial processes and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to document procedures and create detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support all tasks related to the OneStream environment during the company-wide ERP project.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the OneStream platform.
- Assist in post-implementation activities, including testing, validation, and troubleshooting of OneStream functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user procedures, and training materials to support end-users in navigating the OneStream system.
- Create and manage standard reports and dashboards to meet ongoing business needs.
- Provide ongoing support for the OneStream system, including researching and resolving issues, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions.
- Work closely with other internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support other business-as-usual (BAU) duties as assigned.
