Influencer Network Specialist

Get Engaged Media is looking for an Influencer Network Manager with 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing to join our team. This manager will be an expert in identifying, evaluating, and engaging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Twitter / X and other key social platforms. This role requires an understanding of emerging trends, cultural moments, and the ever-evolving influencer landscape. This role will work alongside our influencer teams to assist in managing and expanding our influencer network.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Monitor social platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok, to stay up to date on trending influencers and emerging creators
• Analyze creator metrics to recommend influencers who drive impact
• Collaborate with influencer teams to negotiate competitive and fair rates for influencer partnerships
• Maintain an understanding of pop culture, industry trends, and major events that shape online conversation
• Source new influencer / social platform leads and manage current relationships with influencers within our internal network
• Present to management / staff on influencer marketing best practices, campaign creation, campaign management, and reporting
• Provide insights to influencer teams that could help with campaign execution and amplification
• Assist the influencer teams in creating one-sheets with recommended influencers and media pages
• Collaborate with influencer teams to use Influencer Campaign Management software for tracking campaign performance, metrics, and ROI to present to clients
• Ensure that Campaign Management software is utilized to its fullest potential
• Manage data tracking and report on key metrics, analyzing the success of our campaigns
• Perform audits on past campaign performance
