Job Responsibilities
This position requires a dedicated and results-driven individual who can oversee daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising team members to ensure they meet performance expectations and follow company policies.
* Coordinating visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve store appearance.
* Developing and implementing plans to increase revenue growth and control labor costs.
* Maintaining accurate records, adhering to inventory control procedures, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
* At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment like GetGo Café Market.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets, controlling labor costs, and improving operational efficiency.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
