We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at GetGo Café Market.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team in providing safe, efficient, accurate and pleasant food service.
- Coach and supervise Team Members to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a fast, friendly culture by promoting warmth and passion for service among Team Members.
- Monitor quality control in the kitchen area and when ordering food and supplies.
- Focus on flexibility and be ready to lead the team in the Kitchen at one moment, and then step in as a GoGetter at the next.
- Rapidly correct any equipment issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in supervisory role and food service.
- Certification or Licensing Preferred: Food Safety.
