This leadership position involves overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, including food preparation, customer service, and team member management. You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing safe, efficient, accurate, and pleasant food services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing team members to ensure they maintain proper food-handling certifications
- Providing training and leadership to hourly team members and peer leads as needed
- Monitoring competitor fuel pricing and working with business partners to remain competitive
- Rapidly correcting equipment issues
- Assisting the Store Leader with scheduling, adjustments, merchandising, and promotional activities
