About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Car Wash Lead at GetGo Café Market. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve exceptional customer service standards by addressing customer concerns and promoting our company culture.
- Clean windows on the car wash building, ensuring a tidy area by sweeping debris, shoveling snow, and salting when necessary.
- Hand finish cars as needed, focusing on attention to detail.
- Assist in training and leading current WetGo attendants and new hires, providing guidance and support.
- Implement all promotions, including signage, ordering, team training, and establishing performance goals.
- Develop work assignment sheets for every shift, ensuring completion on a daily basis.
- Support and enforce company policies regarding safety and security procedures.
- Maintain equipment, floor, interior, and exterior cleanliness to ensure safety and sanitation regulations are met.
