Job Description
In this role as Kitchen Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, accurate and pleasant food service. You will also oversee the kitchen team, manage quality control and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Main Tasks:
- Exceed customer and Team Member needs by providing safe, efficient, accurate and pleasant food service.
- Supervise product merchandising and integrity by ensuring all equipment consistently passes safety audits.
- Rapidly correct any equipment issues and ensure all Team Members have access to the right training and resources.
What We Look For
- Experience in supervisory role and food service
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or Licensing Preferred: Food Safety
