As a GetGo Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing new Team Member training and ensuring that all Team Members are working in the most efficient and effective way. You will also provide guidance and coaching to hourly Team Members and perform duties as a GoGetter, Kitchen GoGetter, or WetGoGetter as needed.
