Job Summary
This position is responsible for the PM and/or repair, of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of GetGo convenience stores within a geographical area.Job Description

- Experience Desired: Mechanical, technical, and/or education.
- Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Travel Required: Regional - Daily
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain safety as top priority in all aspects of your work, for team members and products.
- Responds to scheduled PM’s for assigned territory.
- Responds to scheduled PM requests for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include.
- HVACR
- Hot beverage equipment basic function (ex. Coffee, Cappuccino)
- Cold beverage equipment (ex. tea, Fountain, FBD, FCB, Creamers, Ice makers etc.)
- Hot food equipment (ex. fryers, griddles tortilla presses, ovens, Warmers, etc.)
- Fuel Dispensers (ex. Filters, hanging hardware etc.)
- Air machines/Vacuums
- Able to route and prioritize their daily workload, based on priority levels and SLAs managing their workload via computer / phone
- Able to manage assigned inventory of parts and tools and meet auditing expectations of /- 1% while also managing appropriate part levels.
- Appropriately maintain company vehicle and scheduled vehicle maintenance
- Accurately complete all work order duties and responsibilities within our work order management system.
- Identify maintenance issues while on site and initiate and or create work orders as needed.
- Follow up on work orders and parts orders.
- Effective in communication with store operations personnel.
- Manage 3rd party vendors performance.
- Peer to peer support/recognition as SME.
