- At least 18 years of age
- Cleared fingerprint background check
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to life up to 25 lbs

Skills
- Excellent understanding of the basic principles of child development and preschool educational methods
- Familiarity with child safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to engage children's curiosity and attention in a creative way
- License or certification in child CPR, First Aid and CPR AED or willing to obtain upon hire.
Duties:
- Report directly to Director/Assistant Assist in classroom as needed
- Knowledgeable on TRS Guidelines and Licensing Requirements
- 30 hours of training annually
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Assist in lesson planning when needed
- Responsible for maintaining staff files and trainings
- Help cover in classrooms when needed
Work Location: One location. Work Remotely - No
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
