About this opportunity
Join Getinge's IT organization to lead our Quality Application Operation and IT Compliance teams. You'll manage a global team of 10 employees and consultants across Sweden, Germany, France, and the USA, with full budget responsibility for the team and quality applications portfolio. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate strategic initiatives between senior management and operational teams.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to bridge IT and Quality objectives while ensuring effective management and compliance of quality-related IT systems across all business units.
This position can be based at any of our major sites in Europe or US, to where international travel is required (ca 10-30 days per year). The position is eligible for a remote / hybrid setup.
What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with both IT and Quality organizational goals
- Lead teams responsible for Quality Application Operation and IT Compliance, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans
- Own the CSV process and manage key Quality platforms while optimizing the departmental budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leadership, Quality management, and regulatory bodies
- Drive continuous improvement through strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration
