SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Must be able to commute to Fraser, MI.*
- Create and maintain vendor accounts.
- Daily entry of payable documents/vouchers.
- Pay freight bills via credit card online.
- Assist vendors with phone, fax and email questions or request for payment.
- Release EFT payments and checks.
- Maintain spreadsheets for sales returns.
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in accounting or related field.
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
- Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including:
- word processing, spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of general mathematical procedures and accounting principles.
- Equipment Used: Computer, Copier, Fax, Scanner, Adding Machine
- Able to sit for long periods of time
