What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Ops Support Specialist position at GetixHealth?
Act as a liaison between the client GetixHealth operations.
• Answer inquires on accounts assigned to GetixHealth via emails, calls, and patient walk-ins. Customer service background is a must.
• Setting up payment plan requests, placing holds on accounts, canceling accounts, and other general account questions.
• Answer account inquires or updating accounts in the client's host system for GetixHealth Customer Service.
• Complete credit card reporting from patient payments collected on accounts.
• Review status of financial assistance applications
• Complete patient credit card refunds processing
• Review correspondence review for accounts assigned
• Perform insurance follow up to ensure selfpay balance is correct.
• Review missing payments or correct posting
Rate of Pay: $19.00 - $24.50
