Job Summary
GetMed LTC is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care professional for a travel job in Rib Lake, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Licenses and Certifications: Current LPN/LVN license and BLS certification
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing
- Experience: At least one year of experience in long-term care
