Job Requirements
This LPN/LVN position involves working 8-hour shifts in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes. A strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams are essential.
