Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the emergency department. They will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and evaluating patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are managed
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
