In this role, you will handle inbound calls, provide accurate and helpful information, and assist clients in resolving insurance-related inquiries with professionalism and care.
This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to address customer questions and provide accurate, helpful information regarding insurance policies and services.
- Assist clients in resolving insurance-related issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Utilize modern tools and systems to streamline service delivery and ensure accuracy.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to support seamless follow-ups and consistent service.
- Build trust with clients by offering personalized and reliable support during every interaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or roles involving direct interaction with customers.
- Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM tools), email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple calls or inquiries daily while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address customer concerns.
- Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, patient, and effective customer support.
- Knowledge of insurance terminology or policies is a plus, but full training is provided.
