As Head of Finance, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring fiscal discipline as we scale. This role requires a mix of strategic foresight, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing our finance function in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain corporate operating plan including defining of key assumptions, partnering with functional leaders to define inputs, presenting outputs in a clear and concise fashion, and provide insight to drive improved outcomes.
- Oversee existing external accounting firm to ensure accurate accounting and on time completion of key tasks.
- Ensure adherence to plan including cash and expense management
- Establish appropriate systems, financial controls and processes to support a high growth business.
- Corporate owner of metrics and OKRs including the defining, tracking, and reporting of key metrics.
- Partner with GTM organization around a variety of analyses including pricing strategies, capacity planning, pipeline modeling, and sales productivity.
- Build and manage a high-performing finance team as the company grows.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders including to the board of directors
