Hours : Approx. 8 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM or 8 : 15 AM - 2 : 15 PM

Compensation : $27.50
Job Description :
We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Intervention Instructors (BIIs) to provide one-to-one instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies for students in who exhibit challenging behaviors. In this role, you will assist students across all educational settings, which may include toileting and other physical support as necessary. Working under the guidance of school staff, you will implement behavioral intervention programs to achieve specific goals as outlined in each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver one-to-one instruction using ABA strategies for students presenting challenging behaviors.
- Provide behavior management support and modify curriculum as needed to align with each student’s needs.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support student success across various settings.
- Document and gather data on student behavior to evaluate progress.
- Provide physical assistance to students as needed, including toileting support, while maintaining a positive and sensitive approach.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in ABA techniques and classroom behavior management strategies.
