Qualifications
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as principal contact between the Collision Department and all customers for the sale of parts and labor
- Primary goals are to provide customer satisfaction and maximize collision center sales.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a professional appearance including standard uniform with proper identification. Keep reception area clean and organized.
- Insure complete and legible R/O write-up, including entering all information correctly into Data Management System (Reynolds).
- Document all pertinent information regarding each job, including the complaint, cause and correction.
- Collect e mail information from each client.
- Obtain clear authorization for all repairs at time of write up.
- Establish and document on RO, a specific time promise for each R/O.
- Obtain customer signatures as needed.
- Identify potential “comeback” issues and report to Collision Center Manager.
- Tag vehicle and keys.
- Complete full walk around of each vehicle, and present any additional sales opportunities, including general service items.
- Verify road test if necessary.
- Communicate and document with all customers and insurance companies all repair progress, and payment responsibilities
- Coordinate rental car arrangements prior to drop off
- Inspect each completed vehicle before delivery
- Perform dedicated Active Delivery (including a complete review of all work performed and related pricing of each item )
- Attach a copy of the Gettel Lifetime Warranty document
- Maintain and develop insurance relationships
- Maintain a positive attitude in dealing with customers, peers, and management.
- Maintain up-to-date collision technical knowledge allowing a competent presentation to customers and technicians.
- Maintain a minimum CSI required score designated by management.
- All daily activities are to be completed before leaving.
- Assist in any special assignments as designated by management
