SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be a part time position. 2PM to 6PM with possibility to become full-time as the company grows.
- Check in all freight and scan all parts.
- Maintain parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
- Maintain record and inventory for special orders.
- Participate in conducting perpetual and full inventories.
- Package and ship core returns in a timely manner.
- Package and ship monthly inventory returns in a timely manner.
- Maintain a warranty return parts inventory to be held till paid.
- Package for return and/or scrap parts being held for factory claims andwarranty returns.
- Pickup parts from outside suppliers when necessary.
- Distribute income packages to other departments.
- Fill in for other staff positions when necessary.
- Keep work area clean, safe, and free of debris.
- Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.
