The Geveko Markings Managing Director ANZ is responsible for a range of commercial tasks, including strategic planning, go-to-market plans, identifying growth opportunities, leading the sales and marketing teams to increase revenue and market share, monitoring and analyzing sales data to optimize performance, and developing and managing regional budgets and forecasts.The Managing Director is also responsible for ensuring a cost-effective supply chain, handling contract negotiations, and implementing improvement initiatives based on performance analysis. Leadership and employee satisfaction are a high priority, and the Managing Director must recruit, develop, and motivate regional teams while ensuring high levels of employee engagement and performance.The Managing Director role is also the legal representative for Geveko Markings in Australia and New Zealand and will be appointed as a director in the Australian and New Zealand company registers.About Geveko Markings Geveko Markings is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of high-performing road and horizontal marking materials.
